Room rates do not include tax. Total of 13% tax will be added to final bill.

Guarantee/deposit policy: An initial deposit of one night room and tax will be secured against the credit card 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation/No Show: November to May - Cancelling 14 days or less before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Early departure will result in the forfeiture of the remaining deposit.

June to October - Cancelling 3 days or less before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Early departure will result in the forfeiture of the remaining deposit.

50% discount may not apply during holiday/New Years weeks and special events. Please call or write for details.
